Research is a fundamental skill that every member of the workforce is required to have. Phase 1 aims to equip students with resources that will teach them the fundamentals of research. It does so by matching students with a mentor from a T20 university and/or from the workforce.

Students around the world lack quality education because of lack of affordable resources and mentorship. Phase 1 supports students in underprivileged areas with education such as curriculums, as well as supporting them with tangible resources such as laptops and WiFi routers.
